「殺戮のチェスゲーム（上中下巻）」（ダン・シモンズ）読了。人を自由に操る「マインド・ヴァンパイア」の集団を敵に、それに関わった主人公らが徒手空拳状態で戦いを挑む作品。タイトル通り人が死にまくる壮絶な展開とスケールであり、さすが「ハイペリオン」シリーズを書いた著者だけある凄さ。圧巻
